The Ranches

The Ranches at Clayton Mountain boast breathtaking views for miles in every direction from over 250 feet above the verdant valley and sheltered canyons below. Lake Palo Pinto and Possum Kingdom Lake provide world class fishing and recreating opportunities very nearby.

UPDATES- The Ranches are now within 10 minutes of the brand new 5,500 acre Roger Fawcett Wildlife Management Area and 20 minutes from the 4,800 acre Palo Pinto Mountains State Park (set to open in the Fall of 2022), together offering over 10,000 acres of additional hunting, fishing, birding, hiking and other outdoor opportunities. Owners will find new high-speed 5G cellular coverage available across most parts of every tract.
